Recruitment Consultant- Swedish Speaking

Basic salary £25,500 (raising after probation) first year realistic OTE £45,000, second year OTE £65,000 (excluding equity bonus).

EWI, a market leading international recruitment consultancy, are looking to hire a recruitment consultant with little or no previous experience to join our trainee scheme in our International Engineering & Technology Team, based in Central London. This trainee scheme is designed to create the next generation of big billing consultants and managers. There is no ceiling to your progression, your success will determine your future.

The scheme:

  • Bespoke training program is designed to nurture key skills and develop the depth of knowledge required to be a top billing consultant
  • You will be part of an initial intense and tailored three month training programme combining theoretical classroom based learning with on the desk practical sessions
  • You will be teamed up with some of the industry's leading consultants to support your learning every step of the way
  • Over the subsequent nine months your training and development will continue allowing you to reap the high level financial rewards of your hard work and focus
  • This step by step programme allows new recruits to mature into complete consultants within a structured and supportive network, using achievable goals and financial incentives to encourage attainable success
