We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to oversee challenging line construction projects in the northern region, with a focus on the Blaufelden and Ellwangen areas. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical, commercial and organisational coordination of projects from initial planning through to completion. You will prepare project schedules, define milestones, monitor progress and ensure that all activities are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Working closely with internal departments, engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities and local stakeholders, you will ensure smooth project execution and effective communication throughout all phases.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating construction site activities, reviewing technical plans and documentation, managing contracts and project-related costs, and identifying potential risks at an early stage. You will track performance, initiate corrective measures where necessary and prepare clear reports for project management. You will also support tendering and procurement processes, evaluate offers and contribute your expertise to technical solutions for line construction projects. Ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety, environmental and quality requirements will be an essential part of your work, as will maintaining accurate project records and supporting the formal handover of completed works.

You have a degree, vocational qualification or comparable professional background in civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction management or a related technical discipline. Experience in infrastructure, utility or line construction projects is highly desirable, ideally combined with practical knowledge of project management, contract administration and construction processes. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, and are confident in coordinating multiple parties and priorities. A willingness to travel to project sites, a valid driving licence and good German and English communication skills are expected.
