The RoleReporting to senior leadership, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and originating Solar PV and BESS projects from opportunity identification through to commercial close.
The successful candidate will engage with utilities, government authorities, commercial and industrial customers, investors, developers, and key stakeholders to support the company's market expansion strategy.

Candidate ProfileCore Experience Requirements
5-7 years of relevant experience in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure lending, private equity, transaction advisory, or a developer environment.
Strong financial modelling capability - advanced equity and debt modelling is essential.
Experience working within an equity and/or debt fund environment is highly desirable.
Experience in renewable energy is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record of taking deals through to financial close is a must-have.
Strong understanding of project finance, PPP structures, concession agreements, and infrastructure financing instruments.
Familiarity with African energy and infrastructure markets is an advantage.
