EWI Recruitment is a specialist international recruitment consultancy supporting major construction, infrastructure, energy and engineering projects across the globe. As our Data Centre division continues to scale, we're looking for an ambitious recruiter to join our Commercial Construction desk.

Established just over a year ago, the team has already grown to 7 recruiters and become one of the highest-performing areas of the business. With strong relationships already in place and a growing pipeline of opportunities, this is the perfect role for someone looking to gain international experience.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment position, combining business development, account management and candidate delivery within the booming Data Centre sector.

You'll work directly with clients, taking a consultative approach to understand their hiring challenges and project requirements. You'll build relationships with senior construction professionals including:

  1. Quantity Surveyors
  2. Senior Quantity Surveyors
  3. Contract Managers
  4. Commercial Managers
  5. Commercial Directors

You'll become a trusted market expert, partnering with leading contractors and consultancies while building your own network of high-value professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
  2. Developing relationships with existing and new clients.
  3. Advising clients on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies.
  4. Identifying and engaging top commercial construction talent.
  5. Negotiating offers and closing deals.
  6. Building a specialist market within a high-growth sector.
