About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader / Chief Resident Engineer to partake with an internationally recognized consulting firm for the construction supervision of a major ADB-financed bridge and highway infrastructure project in the Philippines. This is a key expert position, providing leadership, technical oversight, and interface with the client (Government of the Philippines) and the Asian Development Bank.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the supervision team throughout the project life-cycle.Act as the primary liaison between the end client, the contractor, and ADB.Monitor compliance with technical specifications, contract conditions, and environmental and social safeguards.Ensure quality assurance, progress monitoring, cost control, and risk management.Prepare progress reports and technical documentation in line with ADB standards.Oversee implementation of international best practices in construction safety, sustainability, and engineering quality.
