We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the construction and delivery of complex mission-critical projects across multiple locations. This is a traveling position suited to a construction professional who can provide strong field leadership, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and coordinate large teams in fast-paced environments. Projects may include data centers, critical infrastructure facilities, advanced manufacturing sites, and other technically demanding developments.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilization through commissioning and closeout. Responsibilities include managing general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors; coordinating schedules, sequencing, logistics, and site activities; reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents; and identifying and resolving field issues before they affect cost or schedule. You will lead regular coordination meetings, monitor productivity and workmanship, enforce site safety requirements, support inspections and testing, and maintain accurate daily reports and project records. The role also requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, commissioning teams, and clients to ensure systems are installed, tested, and handed over in accordance with project requirements.

Applicants should have significant experience supervising major commercial, industrial, data center, or other mission-critical construction projects, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural scopes. Proven experience managing complex schedules, multiple subcontractors, and high-value work packages is essential. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control processes, commissioning activities, and applicable codes and regulations is required. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. A degree, trade qualification, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Extensive travel and extended project assignments are required, so candidates must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to work where project needs dictate.
