Senior Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, bridges, buildings, and industrial construction.

The role combines technical responsibility, construction coordination, and production support. The ideal candidate has experience working in complex and multidisciplinary environments and is comfortable taking responsibility from design and planning through to construction and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate civil and structural engineering assignments.

· Act as Site Manager and/ or technical leader

· Perform structural design, calculations, assessments, and evaluations of existing structures.

· Work with bridges/infrastructure/buildings/industrial structures.

· Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction activities.

· Support planning, production, procurement, quality, and construction activities.

· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

· Review and verify technical drawings, calculations, and documentation.

· Support construction site activities and follow up on technical and production-related issues.

· Manage changes and technical issues during project execution.

· Work with relevant construction contracts and industry standards.

· Contribute to BIM, CAD, digital design, and technical coordination.

· Perform inspections and assessments of existing structures, including bridges.

Qualifications & Experience

· University degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

· Several years of professional experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, construction, or structural engineering.

· Experience in both design and construction/production environments.

· Experience in project management and technical leadership.

· Good understanding of construction contracts

· Experience working in international and multidisciplinary teams.

· Experience with CAD/BIM tools and Microsoft Office.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Languages

Fluent in Swedish, English

Education

M.Sc. in Structural Engineering and Bridge Design or similar.
