We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of roads and highways services across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. This role will oversee operational performance across multiple projects and locations, ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently, sustainably and in accordance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, commercial performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include managing regional operations, supporting project and contract managers, and coordinating resources across construction, maintenance and asset management activities. You will monitor operational and financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, improve productivity and ensure consistent standards across all sites. The role will also involve developing operating plans, reviewing project progress, supporting bids and mobilisations, and building effective relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and government stakeholders. A strong commitment to safety, environmental responsibility and ethical business practices is essential.

Applicants should have significant experience in roads, highways, transport infrastructure or a closely related sector, with a proven record of managing complex, geographically distributed operations. You will bring strong commercial and contract management capability, sound financial understanding and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical results. Experience working across Southeast Asia and/or Pacific markets, including an understanding of local regulations and delivery environments, is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high-performing, culturally diverse teams. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction, business, project management or a related discipline will be advantageous.
