Japanese Speaking Site Administrator

Our client is a well-known manufacturer in the wind and renewables industry. We are supporting them in the search for a detail-oriented Site Administrator with SAP experience and Japanese language proficiency. We are looking for someone who will ensure efficient site operations and vendor coordination, with strong administration, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate with Site Construction Manager, project team, and client stakeholders
* Manage site administration including documentation, meeting minutes, and reporting
* Handle vendor setup, procurement, and SAP Purchase Orders (creation, tracking, reconciliation)
* Arrange travel, accommodation, vehicles, and logistics for site staff and visitors
* Maintain inventory, expense records, and site registers (including compliance documentation)
* Support QSE compliance (WHSMP, ERP, CEMP) and reporting requirements
* Track working hours for employees, subcontractors, and clients
* Manage PPE, consumables, and emergency equipment for site operations


REQUIREMENTS

* Japanese language proficiency at a professional standard
* Hands-on SAP experience
* Strong administrative and coordination skills
* Good communication and stakeholder management
* Proficiency in MS Office
