Site Manager - Concrete Tower

Our Onshore Wind OEM client is searching for a Site Manager to support projects in Germany.

This will be to work with their Concrete Tower business unit, which is is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.


TASKS:
* Ensuring compliance with Nordex QHSE standards and construction site regulations
* Leading site setup and managing daily operations from execution readiness to project completion
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
* Overseeing productivity, resource allocation, and quality of work on-site
* Managing customer relationships at site level and supporting the Project Manager in aligning expectations
* Ensuring contract execution and compliance with all involved parties
* Facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and maintaining strong working relationships
* Reporting site progress according to governance guidelines and ensuring proper project documentation
* Supporting continuous improvement by contributing to lessons learned and participating in relevant training

PROFILE:
* Degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Materials Science, Energy) or equivalent professional experience in the wind industry (typically 5-7 years)
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to act as a role model
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders
* Critical thinking, sound decision-making, and ownership of responsibilities


Willingness to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
