EWI is supporting a global leader in offshore wind energy with the appointment of an experienced Project HSE Manager to support major offshore wind construction activities in Taiwan and the wider APAC region. This position sits within the offshore construction function and will play a critical role in ensuring the safe execution of turbine pre-installation, installation and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Significant experience in a Project HSE Manager, Construction HSE Manager, Offshore HSE Manager or equivalent leadership role.Proven experience supporting offshore wind construction projects, marine operations or large-scale EPC projects.Strong knowledge of offshore installation, commissioning and construction activities.Demonstrated experience managing contractor and subcontractor HSE performance.Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.Strong understanding of risk management, auditing and safety management systems.NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification preferred.Offshore wind certifications including GWO training highly desirable.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent English required.
