Position - Project Manager (Onshore Wind Farm - Remote & Site visits)
Role Summary
As a Project Manager your main responsibility is to manage and control the project assigned to you in terms of time, cost and quality from the point of handover from Sales up until handover to the client and Service organisation.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the Sales organization in the final stages of tender processes and facilitate a smooth handover from Sales to Project ManagementResponsibility to execute projects on-time, within budget and to good qualityManage and monitor all aspects of environment, health and safety in your assigned projectsBeing the first contact for all parties involved in the project such as client, subcontractors, suppliers and any other internal or external partyRepresenting company to our clients - creating a good relationship with the client and delivering customer satisfactionRunning negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers as well as contract management of bothManage personnel and provide strong control of subcontractors and key suppliers including but not limited to erection and transportation companies throughout the project execution phaseSecuring correct project handling and creating a successful cross departmental and often multicultural teamDefine and initiate appropriate corrective actions for problems encountered during the execution of the project (related to cost, time and/or quality)Creating necessary transparency with regards to optimization of cost-effectiveness in cooperation with Commercial Project Management.Work within company processes to manage and report progress on project with a monthly status reportManage and report KPIsFacilitate a smooth handover to colleagues in Service, at the same time as handover to the clientQualifications/ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry. Experience from the wind energy sector or in general energy sectors is considered an advantageExperience in project management incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumenTechnical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar disciplineHSE awareness that shows in your daily approach to your roleMandatory to speak English and German language that allow you to communicate effectively in both writing and in meetings / calls. Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E&C Supervisor to oversee the assembly and installation of high-voltage equipment across various projects throughout Europe. This role focuses on the installation phase of Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Air-Insulated Switchgear (AIS), Gas Circuit Breakers (GCB), and Power Transformers (PTR). The supervisor will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of works on site in line with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the electrical and commissioning (E&C) installation activities related to GIS, AIS, GCB, and Power Transformers on assigned projects.
Lead and guide installation teams of assembly and installation specialists, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
Monitor on-site work progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and timelines.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on technical requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with all health and safety protocols on site.
Maintain clear and timely reporting of progress, incidents, and resource requirements to project leadership.
Support logistics and coordination for equipment delivery, site preparation, and installation activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience supervising electrical installation works on GIS and related high-voltage equipment (AIS, GCB, Power Transformers).
Strong knowledge of assembly and installation procedures for the mentioned equipment types.
Background in electrical construction and commissioning supervision (note: commissioning and protection activities are not included in this role).
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, preferably across multiple European locations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe as required by project demands.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

This is a long-term contracting opportunity on major high-voltage substation projects across Europe. The role demands hands-on technical expertise in GIS environments and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and carry out the mechanical assembly of GIS equipment, following OEM specifications and site procedures.Perform LVCC commissioning and functional testing for GIS substations.Execute high-voltage testing (insulation resistance, pressure tests, partial discharge, etc.) on completed GIS installations.Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks, including interlock checks, SF6 gas handling, and system energization.Interface with electrical engineers, site managers, and QA/QC teams to ensure seamless project execution.Document all testing procedures, commissioning checklists, and site reports accurately.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in GIS substation environments, preferably with voltages 132 kV and above.Solid background in GIS mechanical assembly, LV/HV commissioning, and HV testing.Familiarity with GE OEM GIS systems is strongly preferred.Ability to interpret technical drawings, interlock schemes, and protection logic.Degree or technical qualification in Electrical/Power Engineering or related discipline.Flexible to work on multiple project sites across Europe.Strong communication skills and ability to integrate with multinational site teams.Preferred Qualifications:

Role Summary
Supporting all service activities on site during Major Component Exchange
Wind turbine service technicians specialize in the operation and maintenance of wind turbines so they can be used to produce wind-powered electricity. Their work involves installing new turbines and performing routine maintenance to ensure the wind turbines are working correctly. These technicians also respond when a wind turbine isn't working properly and are responsible for performing repairs once they determine the cause of the problem
Essential responsibilities:
Apply electrical LOTO and preparation of the TurbineTroubleshoot or repair mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical malfunctions related to variable pitch systems, variable speed control systems, converter systems, or related components.Commissioning and removal of electrical LOTO after MCUDiagnose problems involving wind turbine generators or control systems.Start or restart wind turbine generator systems to ensure proper operations.Test electrical components of wind systems with devices such as voltage testers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, infrared testers, or fiber optic equipment.Test structures, controls, or mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems, according to test plans or in coordination with engineers.Assist in assembly of individual wind generators or construction of wind farms.Collect turbine data for testing or research and analysis.Qualifications/ Requirements:
