Multiple Engineering Positions - Construction & Technical Supervision

EWI is currently supporting an international consultancy firm on a major High-Speed Rail project in Israel, and we are keen to engage experienced engineers with strong backgrounds in construction supervision and technical delivery across rail infrastructure.

We are looking to strengthen the project team with specialists who can support the delivery of complex rail systems and civil works packages.

Key areas of expertise include:

  • Civil Works (structures, tunnels, and alignment)
  • Trackworks and ballast
  • Systems interfaces and integration
  • Construction supervision and site coordination

Role responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction activities across civil, track, and systems packages
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to manage interfaces between civil works, track, and systems
  • Support testing and commissioning phases where required
  • Report on progress, risks, and technical challenges to project stakeholders

Candidate profile:

  • Degree Qualified Engineer (Civil, Rail, or related discipline)
  • Proven experience on High-Speed Rail, Metro, LRT, or major rail infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in construction supervision or technical site oversight
  • Experience managing interfaces between different rail systems and civil components
  • Previous international project experience is highly desirable
