EWI is supporting a leading international wind energy client in the search for experienced Wind Turbine Maintenance Technicians and Wind Turbine Troubleshooters for an onshore wind project in South Korea.
We are interested in speaking with technicians who have extensive experience performing maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting activities on utility-scale wind turbines.
This role offers the opportunity to join an established project within the growing South Korean wind market and work alongside experienced international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance activities on wind turbinesCarry out fault finding and troubleshooting to identify technical issuesComplete inspections, repairs and component replacementsSupport turbine optimisation and availability targetsEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with site HSE requirementsComplete service documentation and maintenance reportsWork collaboratively with site management and technical teamsRequirements
Previous experience as a Wind Turbine Technician, Maintenance Technician or TroubleshooterStrong fault-finding and diagnostics capabilityExperience working on utility-scale wind turbinesValid GWO certificationsCurrent medical certificateAbility to work independently and within a team environmentWillingness to travel and work across multiple project locations where requiredDesirable
