We are currently seeking experienced Quality Technicians to support major onshore wind projects across Poland. This is a freelance opportunity.

As a Quality Technician (Site), you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance and control activities during the construction and installation phases of concrete tower projects, ensuring that required standards and procedures are followed on site.

This is a freelance, site-based position operating on a rotation of 2 months on 1 week off.

Key Responsibilities

Implement quality procedures on site and ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan

Support and monitor the correct execution of construction subprocesses for concrete tower installation

Inspect incoming materials including concrete tower segments, grouting materials and tower internals

Check the correct pre-assembly of tower internals within concrete segments

Participate in audits during pre-assembly and installation phases

Assist with final inspections prior to handover to project management

Identify, record and track non-conformities during construction

Review subcontractor quality documentation and report any deviations

Provide regular updates on quality status and construction progress

Attend site and project meetings as required

Coordinate with site and project quality teams to ensure consistent standards
