Key Responsibilities
Support daily warehouse and material handling operations.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
Previous experience within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, automotive or industrial environments would be advantageous.
Experience using SAP or another ERP system for inventory or material transactions.
Experience with inventory management, stock control and warehouse documentation.
Good Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
Ability to read and understand delivery notes, inventory reports and shipping documentation.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Previous forklift experience preferred.
Previous overhead crane experience preferred.
Experience preparing shipments and coordinating courier collections would be advantageous.

A Civil Supervisor oversees the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed according to the technical requirements, without jeopardising the quality aspects. Is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, quality requirements, and project specifications. Must also coordinate the works on site with the subcontractor and report directly to the Site Manager and BOP Manager.
Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and ensure the progress of the subcontractors.
*Periodically report to BOP Manager and other stakeholders of the works on site.
*Ensure that projects are completed within the established timeframe by continuously monitoring the schedule and making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays.
*Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations.

*Ensure, implement and supervise the Quality Control Plan (QCP) during construction processes, guaranteeing compliance with quality and design requirements. Ensure that all tests and verifications on completed work units are done in compliance with the QCP.

*Ensure all work is performed according to approved plans, specifications, and permits.
*Review construction procedures and necessary resources to meet design requirements and local/international standards.
*Act as a technical advisor during construction phases, applying defined quality procedures and stop points.
*Maintain accurate records of project progress and implemented quality control measures.
*Identify and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
*Verify the resources to correct deviations defined by the subcontractor and review corrective procedures, ensuring compliance with the QCP and regulations.
