Deine Rolle

Als Originator identifizierst du potenzielle Windstandorte und nimmst ersten Kontakt zu Grundstückseigentümern und lokalen Stakeholdern auf. Du entwickelst dich mit Unterstützung erfahrener Kolleg:innen Schritt für Schritt zur eigenständigen Verhandlungsführung.

Aufgaben

  • Identifikation potenzieller Windstandorte und erste Kontaktaufnahme mit Grundstückseigentümern und lokalen Stakeholdern - mit Unterstützung des GIS-Teams
  • Verhandlung und Sicherung von Flächenvereinbarungen mit Grundstückseigentümern, mit Anleitung und Unterstützung erfahrener Teammitglieder bei Bedarf
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Grundstückseigentümern und lokalen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung beim Screening und der Bewertung potenzieller Projektstandorte
  • Aktiver Beitrag zum Ausbau der Entwicklungspipeline durch das Originieren neuer Opportunitäten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen bei der Entwicklung von Verhandlungsstrategien und Vertragsstrukturen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Umweltwissenschaften oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich; andere Qualifikationen mit relevanter Entwicklungserfahrung werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt
  • 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der frühen Entwicklungsphase / Origination von Windprojekten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Grundstückseigentümern und der Verhandlung von Flächenvereinbarungen (auch aus dem Immobilienbereich möglich)
  • Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, insbesondere im Umgang mit Stakeholdern
  • Proaktive, unternehmerische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, neue Opportunitäten zu erkennen und zu verfolgen
  • Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig von der Anleitung erfahrener Kolleg:innen zu profitieren
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
