Wind Site Material Coordinator

EWI is recruiting for an experienced Site Materials Coordinator to support a leading renewable energy organisation across utility-scale wind projects throughout the United States.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or supply chain who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction or field environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring technicians have the materials, tools and equipment required to keep projects running safely and efficiently.

The Role

As the Site Materials Coordinator, you will take ownership of all site inventory, warehouse operations and material movements while ensuring accurate inventory control through ERP systems and company procedures.

Working closely with site management, field teams and the wider supply chain, you will help maintain efficient warehouse operations and support project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage all site inventory, materials, tools and consumables
Process inventory transactions using ERP systems
Complete inventory cycle counts and stock audits
Receive, inspect and store incoming materials
Pick, pack and issue materials to field personnel
Process work orders, requisitions and inventory movements
Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory accuracy
Manage shipping and receiving activities, including priority deliveries
Coordinate the movement, calibration and tracking of specialist tools
Validate material usage and consumption records
Handle hazardous materials and waste in accordance with company procedures
Ensure warehouse areas remain organised, compliant and safe
Support inventory training for new and existing employees
Assist the Site Manager with warehouse and logistics activities as required
Requirements

What Were Looking For
1-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good computer literacy and ERP system experience
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to obtain Forklift and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when required
