Overview:
The Onsite Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the delivery, handling, and documentation of wind turbine components from the port of arrival to the designated project site. This role ensures seamless communication between on-site teams, transport providers, and technical leads while maintaining compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound logistics and component deliveries from port to project site
- Liaise with site management and technical personnel for scheduling and updates
- Manage onsite offloading operations and ensure proper tooling is available
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, CMRs, labor hours, and time-stamped photo documentation
- Participate in daily safety meetings and submit daily logistics reports
- Enforce site safety standards and report any non-conformities or incidents immediately
- Monitor wind/weather conditions and adjust logistics activities as needed
- Ensure all required training and tool certifications are submitted and up to date
- Maintain onsite presence and availability during delivery windows and reset days (weekends may apply)
- Coordinate with both internal teams and third-party haulers for timely operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination (wind or industrial sector preferred)
- Proficient in English French language skills are a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to safety and documentation protocols
- Ability to work in outdoor environments under variable conditions
- Valid certifications in HSE and equipment handling (submitted prior to site arrival)
- Self-sufficient with reliable transportation and PPE
- Must be detail-oriented, communicative, and responsive on site

We are looking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across our renewable energy projects. This role is responsible for drafting, negotiating, executing, monitoring, and renewing contracts while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
The Contract Manager will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Responsabilità e attività

Per un importante progetto nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Grid Works Site Manager che coordini e supervisioni tutte le attività relative alla connessione alla rete elettrica.

La figura sarà responsabile della gestione operativa dei lavori in cantiere, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche, degli standard qualitativi e delle normative vigenti, collaborando con il Project Manager, il Grid Manager, l'EPC Contractor, il gestore della rete e gli altri stakeholder coinvolti.

Le principali attività includono:

Coordinare e supervisionare tutte le opere di connessione alla rete, comprese le sottostazioni AT, le sottostazioni di trasformazione, i cavidotti MT e AT e le infrastrutture elettriche correlate.

Pianificare, monitorare e aggiornare il programma lavori assicurando il raggiungimento delle milestone di progetto e dell'energizzazione dell'impianto.

Verificare l'avanzamento delle attività di costruzione, individuando eventuali criticità e definendo azioni correttive.

Gestire il registro dei rischi relativo alle attività di connessione alla rete.

Coordinare le interfacce tecniche con Terna, e-distribuzione (ove previsto), autorità competenti, consulenti e imprese appaltatrici.

Organizzare e condurre riunioni periodiche di avanzamento lavori, predisponendo report e documentazione tecnica.

Verificare che tutta la documentazione progettuale sia conforme ai requisiti normativi, contrattuali e tecnici.

Supervisionare le attività di costruzione, collaudo e messa in servizio delle infrastrutture elettriche in Media e Alta Tensione.

Monitorare le prestazioni degli appaltatori e supportare la verifica degli stati di avanzamento lavori.

Promuovere il rispetto degli standard di Salute, Sicurezza, Ambiente e Qualità durante tutte le fasi di cantiere.

Partecipare alle attività di commissioning, inclusi test di protezione, sistemi SCADA, Power Park Controller e apparecchiature MT/AT.

Garantire la corretta gestione della documentazione finale, degli as-built e delle informazioni necessarie alla consegna dell'opera.

Redigere report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori, evidenziando eventuali rischi o criticità.

Requisiti

Cerchiamo una persona con consolidata esperienza nella realizzazione di infrastrutture elettriche ad Alta e Media Tensione, preferibilmente maturata in progetti di grandi dimensioni nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, utilities o infrastrutture.

Costituiscono requisiti fondamentali:

Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di connessione alla rete elettrica MT/AT.

Conoscenza delle attività di costruzione, collaudo e messa in servizio di reti di trasmissione e distribuzione.

Esperienza nella gestione di EPC Contractor e nel coordinamento con i gestori di rete.

Ottime capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e controllo dell'avanzamento lavori.

Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione dei rischi di progetto.

Buone capacità comunicative e di coordinamento di interlocutori tecnici differenti.

Forte attenzione agli aspetti di salute, sicurezza, qualità e conformità normativa.
