Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur / Directrice d'Exploitation autonome et de terrain pour piloter la gestion quotidienne et les performances globales d'une unité de production de biométhane de grande envergure et performante située en Mayenne.
À ce poste, vous prendrez la pleine responsabilité des opérations du site, en garantissant la sécurité, l'efficacité et l'optimisation continue du rendement. En rejoignant une installation établie, vous vous approprierez rapidement le fonctionnement du site grâce à la documentation technique et à une étroite collaboration avec l'équipe en place pour prendre la direction des opérations en toute fluidité.
Missions principales
Gestion du site : Superviser l'ensemble des activités opérationnelles quotidiennes de l'installation de biométhane afin de garantir un taux de disponibilité maximal, l'atteinte des objectifs de production de gaz et une efficacité opérationnelle optimale.Management d'équipe : Diriger, encadrer et animer une équipe de sept techniciens sur site, en instaurant une solide culture de responsabilité, de sécurité et de performance.Autonomie opérationnelle : S'approprier rapidement la documentation, les systèmes et les spécificités techniques du site afin de prendre de manière indépendante les décisions clés en matière d'exploitation et de maintenance.Optimisation des procédés : Évaluer en continu le fonctionnement de l'usine, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de l'efficacité et superviser les maintenances programmées ou les évolutions techniques.HSE & Conformité réglementaire : Veiller au respect strict des réglementations environnementales, des normes de sécurité et des exigences légales locales sur l'ensemble des activités du site.
Profil recherché
Expertise sectorielle : Expérience significative et concrète dans la gestion et l'exploitation d'unités de biométhane ou de méthanisation (AD).Leadership : Capacité éprouvée à manager, former et motiver des équipes techniques opérationnelles sur le terrain.Autonomie & Agilité technique : Capacité démontrée à maîtriser rapidement les spécificités d'un site, à analyser la documentation technique et à faire preuve d'une grande autonomie d'action.Localisation : Basé(e) en Mayenne (53) ou prêt(e) à s'y installer.

What you'll be doing:
* Lead competitive end to end sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ) and evaluate supplier proposals

* Monitor and manager supplier performance in partnership with project delivery teams.
* Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, primarily supply agreements, EPC, and ICP contracts
* Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
* Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams throughout contract negotiations
* Track contract milestones, renewals, amendments, and expirations

* Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract terms, obligations and procedures

What you'll need:
* Degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management or combined commercial roles, preferably within renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction projects
* Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms and risk allocation in the renewable energy sector
* Knowledge of FIDIC contract forms is a strong advantage
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
* Knowledge of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, BESS) is an advantage
Preferred Skills
* Direct experience delivering or supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects
* Familiarity with FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks
* Understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks in regulated and fast paced project environments
* Experience improving procurement and contract management processes, systems or governance.
