EWI is supporting a leading international renewable energy organisation in the search for an experienced Installation Supervisor to support the construction and installation phase of a major onshore wind project in Italy.

This position is suited to candidates who have a strong background supervising turbine installation activities and coordinating site teams throughout all phases of wind turbine erection and mechanical completion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient installation works whilst maintaining the highest quality standards on site.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day wind turbine installation activities
Coordinate installation crews and subcontractors on site
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project schedules, quality requirements and HSE standards
Monitor installation progress and report project updates to management
Support technical problem-solving during installation activities
Verify work completion and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained
Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities
Liaise with project management, logistics and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements
Previous experience as a Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor or similar supervisory role
Proven experience on modern utility-scale wind turbine platforms
Strong understanding of turbine erection, mechanical completion and installation processes
Ability to manage installation teams in a fast-paced site environment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Valid GWO certifications
Ability to work within an international project team

Highly Desirable
Experience supervising installation activities on next-generation turbine platforms
Level C authorisation or equivalent OEM certification
Experience working on large-scale onshore wind projects across Europe
Strong knowledge of turbine installation quality standards and procedures
