You will contribute to projects from initial site investigation through to approvals, design, construction, and ongoing asset management.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining GIS datasets, producing high-quality maps, plans, figures, and spatial reports, and analysing land parcels, development constraints, infrastructure, environmental features, transport networks, and planning overlays. You will capture, edit, validate, and integrate spatial and non-spatial data from sources including surveys, CAD drawings, field observations, government databases, and consultant information. The role will also involve supporting due diligence and feasibility studies, assisting with development applications, maintaining metadata and data standards, and identifying opportunities to improve GIS workflows and information accuracy.

Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro or comparable GIS software is required, along with experience using spatial databases, CAD data, coordinate systems, and map production techniques. Familiarity with land development, planning processes, infrastructure projects, or property data will be highly regarded. You will bring strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines. Experience with automation, scripting, web mapping, or data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
