Di seguito le attivitá e responsabilitá principali

Sviluppare e gestire relazioni commerciali con installatori, EPC e altri attori chiave nel settore solare

Identificare nuove opportunità di business nelle principali 5 regioni italiane (es. Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Campania)

Collaborare con il team internazionale per definire strategie di vendita efficaci e localizzate

Rappresentare l'azienda in eventi di settore e incontri con partner strategici

I requisiti della risorsa ideale

Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nelle vendite nel settore fotovoltaico o in ambiti affini

Ottima conoscenza del mercato solare italiano e un solido network di contatti nel settore

Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, con forte orientamento agli obiettivi

Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali

Familiarità con strumenti digitali e CRM

Residenza in una delle principali regioni italiane sopra menzionate

L'azienda opera con un approccio integrato che unisce consulenza, progettazione e realizzazione di soluzioni energetiche.

Le principali attivitá e responsabilitá:

Redigere diagnosi energetiche preliminari e certificate, in ambito civile e/o industriale, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. 102/2014

Eseguire studi di fattibilità tecnico-economica su interventi di efficientamento e fonti rinnovabili

Analizzare consumi e contratti energetici, realizzare report di contabilità energetica e valutazione dei risparmi

Progettare e analizzare sistemi di monitoraggio, impostare programmi di Measurement & Verification

Gestire pratiche per incentivi (certificati bianchi, conto termico, detrazioni, bandi)

Fornire supporto nell'implementazione di Sistemi di Gestione dell'Energia (es. ISO 50001)

Partecipare alla redazione di offerte e contratti per servizi di efficienza energetica

Coordinare progetti di efficientamento in qualità di Project Manager

Le caratteristiche della risorsa ideale:

Laurea in Ingegneria (energetica, meccanica, industriale o simili)

Certificazione EGE (Esperto in Gestione dell'Energia) civile e/o industriale secondo UNI CEI 11339

Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nel settore dei servizi energetici

Ottima conoscenza delle normative di settore e dei principali strumenti di analisi energetica

Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2)

Disponibilità a trasferte brevi e frequenti sul territorio nazionale

Attitudine proattiva, precisione e capacità di lavorare in squadra

The Opportunity

An international renewable energy developer is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of hybrid energy infrastructure projects within the mining sector.

This role involves leading complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects across solar, thermal, and storage solutions. The successful candidate will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that all phases are delivered on time, on budget, and to technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project execution from early-stage design through to commissioning (COD)

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and technical partners

Manage project controls: timeline, budget, risks, reporting, and documentation

Oversee system integration of EMS, SCADA, PMS and related interfaces

Ensure technical compliance, permit acquisition, and stakeholder engagement

Track KPIs and performance metrics; propose corrective measures where needed

Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methods

Candidate Profile

Education

Degree in Industrial Electricity, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Maintenance

Experience

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the energy sector (EPC or IPP)

Direct experience managing hybrid energy projects for mining clients is essential

Strong understanding of mining-specific energy constraints and operations

Technical Skills

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel)

High-level knowledge of hybrid power solutions and medium voltage systems

Experienced in permitting, compliance, and contract management

Strong technical capabilities with EMS, PMS, SCADA systems and API interfaces

Soft Skills

Leadership and autonomy

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to operate in high-pressure, multicultural environments

Additional Requirements

Geographical mobility across Africa and internationally as needed
