This role will work across teams to understand business challenges, analyse market and operational trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by combining commercial awareness, structured problem-solving and a curiosity about emerging technologies and new ways of working.

Key responsibilities will include gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data; researching industry developments, customer needs and competitor activity; mapping existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement; and preparing business cases, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. You will support the design, testing and implementation of new products, services, processes or digital solutions, helping to define objectives, success measures, risks and resource requirements. The role will also involve coordinating workshops, documenting requirements, tracking project progress and evaluating the impact of implemented initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in business analysis, innovation, consulting, transformation, project support or a related commercial environment. You will be confident working with data and able to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills are essential, along with excellent organisation and attention to detail. Experience with process mapping, market research, financial modelling, agile delivery methods or digital innovation would be advantageous. You should be comfortable managing competing priorities, working collaboratively across functions and challenging established approaches constructively. A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is desirable, as is a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in delivering measurable business improvement.
