You will collect and interpret field and survey data, review mapping and available records, support site inspections, and help assess existing infrastructure and proposed improvements. The role will also involve coordinating with project managers, engineers, environmental specialists, surveyors, contractors, regulators, and clients while maintaining clear documentation and meeting project schedules.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, water resources engineering, or a closely related discipline. Familiarity with hydrology and hydraulics principles, stormwater practices, engineering design standards, and relevant environmental or drainage regulations is desirable. Experience with modelling, GIS, CAD, spreadsheets, or other engineering software will be valued, although training and mentoring will be provided. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
