We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join the project team in Skelleftea, Sweden. This role will be responsible for managing all Electrical works on site, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all Electrical construction activities across the project lifecycleLead day-to-day electrical site operations in coordination with the wider project teamEnsure QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications and standardsCoordinate project schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teamsManage electrical subcontractor performance, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and coordination meetingsEnsure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to dateAttend and lead Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Handover MeetingsLiaise with the design team to ensure construction information and technical submittals are issued in line with programme requirementsReview drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality, compliance, and buildability of electrical systemsEnsure adherence to health & safety standards and drive a strong safety culture on siteSupport commercial management by tracking variations, managing costs, and attending weekly commercial meetingsIssue progress reports to senior management and the project teamManage electrical snagging activities and ensure effective and timely close-outProactively identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar disciplineMinimum 7+ years' experience within electrical construction, with a focus on site managementProven experience managing electrical systems on large-scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, coordination, and programme deliveryExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsStrong technical understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and commissioning processesProven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project deliveryData centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous.

We are recruiting an Electrical Construction Manager to work on site on our project in Amsterdam
Key Responsibilities:
Developing a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocationCoordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and quality standards.Managing the contractors by overseeing their work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors when necessary.Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the installation of equipment items meets the required standards and specifications.Monitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget, including tracking equipment items.Overseeing project timelines and making sure that installation work is completed on time to avoid delays.Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues that could affect the construction project.Facilitating effective communication between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project progress.Maintaining thorough records of project activities, materials, and any changes or modifications to the project plan.Ensuring that the construction project adheres to all relevant building codes, permits, and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Overview
Our client who is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to clients has an opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager in Helsinki, Finland.
They are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager, ensuring all works meet the highest standards.Oversee the project schedule with the Project Team and prepare two-week look-aheads for upcoming works.Ensure labour resources are planned and maintained in line with project requirements.Supervise subcontractor activities, monitoring progress against schedules and manpower trackers.Identify and report all variations and delays to Project Management.Verify that all plant and materials delivered are in line with specifications and safely stored onsite.Support project close-out, including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, and material handovers, in collaboration with the Site Project Manager.Uphold compliance and governance standards, including:Enforcing Health & Safety requirements and promoting safe working practices.Driving continuous safety improvements and ensuring high housekeeping standards.Completing weekly "Don't Walk By" safety cards.Collaborate with Package Managers to develop and implement company procedures.Manage change control effectively, ensuring cost and programme impacts are captured and addressed.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical electrical construction activities while contributing to the successful delivery of major projects
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Relevant Electrical Qualification essential e.g. City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ5+ years of previous experience in a similar role, electrical construction, preferably within large-scale projects such as data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical facilities.Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, QA, and safety compliance.Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour, schedules, and costs.Experience with change control, variations, and project reporting.Proficiency in MS Project (or similar tools).Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Commitment to Health & Safety and driving a positive safety culture.
