About the Company:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing private equity fund with a strong track record in infrastructure and real estate investments across Europe. As part of our continued expansion into digital infrastructure, we are seeking an experienced Data Centre Developer/Advisor to lead and advise on the strategic development of data centre assets across Southern Europe.

Role Overview:

As a Data Centre Developer/Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the origination, development, and execution of data centre investment projects. You will work closely with internal investment teams, external partners, and technical consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site identification, acquisition, and due diligence processes for new data centre developments

Advise on technical design, construction planning, sustainability, and scalability of data centre assets

Evaluate project feasibility, risk, and profitability to inform investment decisions

Coordinate with local authorities, planning consultants, and service providers throughout the development lifecycle

Work cross-functionally with investment, legal, and finance teams to support deal execution

Stay abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments within the data centre sector

Represent the fund in strategic discussions with JV partners, developers, and institutional investors

Requirements:

Proven track record in data centre development, ideally within an investment or advisory context

Strong understanding of the technical, operational, and commercial aspects of data centres

Experience working across Southern Europe markets, ideally including Spain, Portugal, or Italy

Fluent in English; Spanish is strongly preferred

Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to travel as required for site visits and stakeholder engagement

Background in engineering, real estate, or infrastructure finance is a plus
