You will need to demonstrate strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards under pressure. Relevant technical, engineering or supervisory qualifications are desirable, together with experience managing subcontractors and working with inspection, compliance and audit processes.
