This role requires strong operational leadership, sound technical judgement and the ability to coordinate multiple work activities in a demanding environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising site personnel, subcontractors and specialist technicians; planning daily work, staffing levels, equipment and materials; reviewing work orders and prioritising urgent repairs; and ensuring all activities meet approved procedures, contract requirements, technical standards and applicable Japanese and international regulations. English proficiency is required; Japanese-language capability or experience working with Japanese stakeholders would be an advantage.
