Senior Site Representative / Construction - Wilhelmshaven

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Representative / Construction professional to oversee and coordinate the delivery of large-scale, energy-related civil engineering projects in Wilhelmshaven. Acting as the Owner's on-site representative, this role is critical in ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Owner / Owner's Engineer on site throughout all construction phases
  • Supervise and coordinate civil engineering and construction activities across the project
  • Monitor contractor performance, construction quality, project progress, and HSE compliance
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, cost targets, timelines, and client standards
  • Lead site coordination meetings with contractors, subcontractors, planners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues proactively
  • Review and maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress records
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce all site safety regulations and procedures

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Extensive experience in a Senior Site Representative, Construction Manager, or Site Manager role on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, site supervision, and contractor management
  • Proven ability to manage interfaces between multiple stakeholders on complex projects
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Structured, proactive, and decisive approach to site leadership
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Valid driver's license
