EHS Site Manager - Costruzione Wind Farm (Italia)

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a EHS Site Manager per la gestione della Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente (EHS) durante la costruzione e il commissioning di impianti eolici in Italia.

La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nel garantire la conformità normativa, la gestione del rischio e lo sviluppo di una forte cultura della sicurezza in cantiere, coordinando team interni e appaltatori.

Responsabilità principali

Leadership EHS

  • Fornire leadership EHS attiva sul sito e supporto ai team di progetto e operations
  • Promuovere una cultura della sicurezza proattiva tra tutti gli attori coinvolti

Conformità normativa e gestione del rischio

  • Garantire il rispetto della normativa italiana in materia di salute e sicurezza (D.Lgs. 81/08 - Testo Unico Sicurezza)
  • Implementare e supervisionare processi di valutazione del rischio (RAMS, JSA, HAZID)
  • Gestire incidenti, near miss e definizione di azioni correttive e preventive

Gestione sicurezza contractor

  • Coordinare la gestione EHS di tutti i subappaltatori presenti in cantiere
  • Assicurare l'applicazione delle procedure di sicurezza e dei permessi di lavoro
  • Eseguire audit e ispezioni periodiche sul campo

Identificazione e gestione dei rischi

  • Promuovere attività di identificazione pericoli e mitigazione rischi
  • Supportare la gestione operativa di lavori ad alto rischio (es. lavori in quota, HV)

Relazione con stakeholder

  • Interfacciarsi con enti regolatori e autorità locali
  • Partecipare a meeting di progetto (es. Red Flag Review - RFR)
  • Supportare audit interni ed esterni

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Sicurezza sul Lavoro, Ingegneria Ambientale o discipline affini
  • Certificazioni obbligatorie in Italia: RSPP e/o CSP/CSE
  • Esperienza di almeno 5-10 anni in ruoli EHS in cantieri industriali complessi o settore energia/rinnovabili
  • Conoscenza approfondita di ambienti ad alto rischio e sistemi elettrici ad alta tensione (HV)
  • Esperienza con sistemi EHS (es. Gensuite, Enablon o equivalenti)
  • Certificazione GWO e idoneità medica per lavori in quota (preferibile)

Condizioni di lavoro

  • Ruolo prevalentemente onsite su cantieri eolici principalmente in siti vicino Napoli
  • Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti (30-60%)
  • Possibile regime di rotazione (es. 3 settimane on / 1 settimana off)
  • Ambiente di lavoro dinamico in progetti di costruzione complessi

Offerta economica

  • RAL: 65.000 - 95.000 € (fino a 110.000 € per profili senior altamente qualificati)
  • Bonus annuale: fino al 20%
  • Indennità di trasferta e/o pacchetto mobilità
  • Copertura spese di viaggio e alloggio durante le missioni
