The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in water resources engineering. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities are essential for liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A professional engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
