We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets and success measures, while ensuring that all activities align with agreed business priorities. The role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project resources and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, identifying and managing risks, resolving issues and controlling changes to scope, schedule and cost. You will facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports and provide accurate updates on performance, dependencies and key decisions. The Project Manager will also ensure that appropriate governance, documentation, quality standards and compliance requirements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing projects in a complex or fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning tools and risk management techniques. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure. A relevant professional qualification, such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or PMP, would be advantageous. You should be proactive, adaptable and confident motivating others, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
