Project Manager Geotechnic

We are looking for someone who can not only plan and manage projects but also understands how geotechnical work is actually carried out on-site.
If you have experience with a geotechnical contractor, know the production process from the inside, and possess a hands-on, solution-oriented approach, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and execute major geotechnical projects
Responsibility for project finances, progress, contracts, HSE, and quality
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other partners
Maintain close involvement in operational execution at project sites
Participate in tender processes and contract negotiations
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to profitable growth
Contribute to the further development of Keller Geoteknikk
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
Relevant higher education, preferably an engineering degree in geotechnics
Experience in geotechnical operations and practical project execution
Experience managing large-scale projects
Strong understanding of finance and contracts
Solid understanding of HSE and quality management
Proficiency in Norwegian and English
