We are seeking a Tender Engineer to join a civil engineering team in Stockholm. In this role, you will contribute to the preparation of competitive and commercially sound tenders for infrastructure and construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to develop accurate bids that reflect both client requirements and the organisation’s delivery capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing tender documents, drawings, technical specifications and contract conditions; identifying risks, opportunities and clarification requirements; preparing cost calculations, quantities, schedules and supporting documentation; and coordinating input from internal and external stakeholders. You will also obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, participate in site visits and tender meetings, and help ensure that submissions are complete, compliant and delivered on time. Following successful bids, you may support handovers to the project delivery team and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of tendering processes.

Qualifications & Experience
