A university degree or vocational qualification in civil engineering, construction, quantity surveying or similar is advantageous. You should be comfortable interpreting technical and contractual information, working with budgets and deadlines, and using digital tools such as spreadsheets and estimating or project management systems. Strong analytical and organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to communicate clearly in English and Swedish. As a collaborative and detail-oriented professional, you take initiative, manage several tasks effectively and remain focused on producing high-quality results. Senior Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, bridges, buildings, and industrial construction.

The role combines technical responsibility, construction coordination, and production support. The ideal candidate has experience working in complex and multidisciplinary environments and is comfortable taking responsibility from design and planning through to construction and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
