Strong knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, local planning requirements, and environmental permitting processes is expected. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement, strong organisational ability, and confidence managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with project management tools, environmental databases, and technical review processes is desirable. The ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, attend occasional evening meetings, and travel to project sites or stakeholder meetings as required is also important.
