Strong knowledge of CEQA Guidelines, environmental impact analysis, regulatory processes, and agency coordination is required; experience with NEPA, permitting, or environmental planning is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent technical writing, editing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and consultant performance is preferred. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to exercise sound professional judgment are essential. The position may require occasional travel, site visits, evening meetings, or attendance at public hearings.
