Senior Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex water infrastructure and resource management projects. This role will involve providing technical direction across flood risk management, stormwater, drainage, water supply, catchment management, and related civil engineering initiatives. Applicants should hold a degree in civil engineering, water resources engineering, or a related discipline, together with substantial experience delivering water, drainage, floodplain, or catchment management projects. Professional registration or eligibility for registration is desirable. You will have strong knowledge of relevant engineering principles, modelling tools, design standards, and regulatory requirements, along with demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, and competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, commercial awareness, sound judgement, and the ability to lead teams are essential. Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modelling software, GIS, and technical design platforms will be highly regarded.
