Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a range of projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, scope, milestones, budgets and success measures, while ensuring that deliverables are aligned with business requirements. Working with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, you will establish realistic plans, allocate resources and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional project teams, monitoring progress against agreed schedules and budgets, managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, and providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders. You will facilitate project meetings, maintain accurate documentation and ensure that decisions, actions and outcomes are recorded and followed through. You will also support procurement, quality assurance, testing, implementation and post-project reviews, identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen future delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing projects in a structured and collaborative environment, with the ability to deliver multiple priorities to agreed deadlines. Strong organisational, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential, along with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels. You should be comfortable using project management tools and techniques, producing clear reports and working with budgets, schedules and performance measures. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
