Deine Rolle

Als Projektentwickler Wind Onshore verantwortest du die Entwicklung von Windenergieprojekten in deiner Region eigenständig - von der Standortidentifikation über die Flächensicherung bis zur Genehmigungsreife. Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Grundstückseigentümer, Kommunen und Behörden vor Ort und sorgst dafür, dass aus einer Projektidee ein baureifes, genehmigtes Vorhaben wird.

Aufgaben

  • Identifikation und Bewertung geeigneter Windenergiestandorte auf Basis von Windpotenzial, Netzanbindung, Raumordnung und Flächenverfügbarkeit
  • Ansprache und Verhandlung mit Grundstückseigentümern, Abschluss von Nutzungs- und Pachtverträgen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Kommunen, Landkreisen, Bürgerinitiativen und relevanten Interessengruppen vor Ort
  • Steuerung und Koordination des gesamten Genehmigungsprozesses nach BImSchG, inklusive Abstimmung mit Fachgutachtern (Wind, Artenschutz, Schall, Schattenwurf)
  • Beauftragung und Steuerung externer Gutachter und Dienstleister (Windgutachten, Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung, Vermessung)
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen (Netzanschluss, Finanzierung, Recht) zur Sicherstellung der Projektqualität
  • Aufbau und Pflege der eigenen Projektpipeline in der Region, inklusive Priorisierung und Reporting
  • Vorbereitung von Projekten für Ausschreibungen nach EEG
  • Unterstützung bei Standortterminen, Informationsveranstaltungen und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit vor Ort

Was Erfolg nach 12 Monaten heißt:

  • Eine belastbare eigene Projektpipeline mit mehreren Standorten in unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsphasen
  • Gesicherte Flächen und tragfähige Beziehungen zu den relevanten Akteuren vor Ort
  • Mindestens ein Projekt im aktiven Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Klare, dokumentierte Prozesse für Flächensicherung und Stakeholder-Management, die du mit aufgebaut hast

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung von Windenergie- oder anderen Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise Onshore Wind
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Grundstückseigentümern, Kommunalvertretern und Behörden
  • Gutes Verständnis der rechtlichen und planerischen Rahmenbedingungen (BImSchG, Raumordnung, EEG)
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Gutachter und Dienstleister
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Reisebereitschaft und Freude an regionaler Präsenz vor Ort
  • Kommunikationsstärke und diplomatisches Gespür im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen
  • Strukturierte, ausdauernde Arbeitsweise - Projektentwicklung im Wind-Onshore-Bereich erfordert einen langen Atem
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Ein klares Plus: Studium im Bereich Umwelt-, Geo-, Raumplanungs- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften; bestehendes Netzwerk in der Zielregion
