Strong knowledge of project controls, contract administration, construction practices, and relevant regulations is required. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
