Applicants should have substantial experience managing major construction or capital works projects, with a proven record of delivering complex programmes in a senior project management capacity. A relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or a related discipline is preferred, together with professional accreditation where applicable. You will need strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, contract administration, risk mitigation, and construction health and safety. Excellent leadership, negotiation, organisation, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
