Key responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing engineering designs, calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical reports; coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, local authorities, and other stakeholders; and providing technical advice throughout the project lifecycle. You will assist with site investigations, surveys, feasibility assessments, risk reviews, procurement documentation, and construction supervision. The role will also involve monitoring progress, quality, costs, and programme performance, identifying potential issues, and supporting the implementation of effective solutions. You will be expected to maintain accurate project records and ensure that all work complies with relevant legislation, industry standards, health and safety requirements, and environmental considerations.

Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering and have relevant experience in a consultancy, contractor, public-sector, or project delivery environment. Experience with engineering design and analysis software, computer-aided design platforms, and standard office applications is required. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, technical standards, and project documentation will be important. Professional registration or progress toward professional accreditation is desirable.
