EWI is thrilled to partner with a high-end boutique consulting firm in California to source a Principal-Level CEQA/NEPA Planner and Team Leader for a key Department Head role in Environmental Services.

They offer expert Environmental Services, including Technical Strategy, CEQA/NEPA Documentation, Environmental Analysis, and Public Engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee financial performance, including P&L management for the Environmental Services Department.
  • Manage a diverse team of up to 15 professionals, from entry-level to senior project managers.
  • Serve as Principal on environmental projects.
  • Recruit, mentor, and train staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Oversee key performance metrics (KPIs), managing >$4 million in annual sales, profit, revenue, DSO, NEM, and UT.
  • Play a critical role in firm-wide business development and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with Principals and Senior Principals across services, markets, and geographies to optimize resources, cross-train staff, and drive company-wide growth.
