Planner Associate - Subdivision Land Development

We are seeking a Planner Associate to support the planning and delivery of subdivision land development projects from initial concept through to approval and implementation. This role will suit an early-career planning professional with an interest in residential, commercial, or mixed-use development and a strong understanding of statutory planning processes. You will work closely with senior planners, project managers, engineers, surveyors, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders to help achieve high-quality development outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications, subdivision applications, development assessments, planning reports, and supporting documentation. You will undertake planning research, review relevant legislation and local planning controls, assess site opportunities and constraints, and help coordinate responses to requests for further information.
