Responsibilities

* Our Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
* The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business

Qualifications
* 10+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
* Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
* Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
* Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
* Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
* Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
* Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
* Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably

Descrizione del Ruolo

ll/La Land Acquisition Specialist avrà un ruolo chiave nell'identificazione e acquisizione di terreni idonei allo sviluppo di progetti di energia rinnovabile (fotovoltaico, eolico, BESS). Sarà responsabile della gestione dei rapporti con i proprietari terrieri, delle trattative contrattuali e della valutazione della fattibilità tecnica e normativa delle aree individuate.

Responsabilità Principali:

Identificare e analizzare terreni adatti per lo sviluppo di impianti rinnovabili, garantendo il rispetto dei requisiti tecnici, normativi e ambientali.

Gestire e condurre trattative con i proprietari terrieri e altri stakeholder locali per l'acquisizione dei diritti sui terreni.

Negoziare contratti di opzione, diritti di superficie, affitti e compravendite con il supporto del team legale.

Collaborare con il team tecnico per verificare la fattibilità dei siti individuati.

Monitorare le normative urbanistiche e ambientali locali per garantire la conformità dei progetti.

Mantenere e sviluppare un network di contatti con enti pubblici, agricoltori, sviluppatori locali e altri attori del settore.

Supportare il team di sviluppo nella preparazione della documentazione necessaria per le autorizzazioni.

Requisiti:

Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-5 anni nell'acquisizione di terreni, idealmente nel settore delle energie rinnovabili.

Conoscenza delle normative italiane in materia di urbanistica, vincoli ambientali e contrattualistica fondiaria.

Capacità di negoziazione e ottime doti relazionali per interfacciarsi con proprietari terrieri e stakeholder locali.

Esperienza nella gestione di contratti di diritto di superficie, opzione e compravendita.

Capacità di analisi territoriale tramite strumenti GIS (preferibile).

Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio.

Laurea in discipline giuridiche, economiche, agrarie o affini (preferenziale).

Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali strumenti digitali per la gestione dei dati territoriali.
