We are tracking an exclusive opportunity for a Civil Project Manager to spearhead a major, world-class Hydropower Project in a dynamic, rapidly growing South Asian region. The Role & Scale
As the Civil Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the civil works package on a massive hydropower development. You won't just be managing a site; you will be orchestrating a monumental engineering feat involving complex tunnelling, massive concrete structures, dams, and powerhouse construction.
- The Challenge: Oversee multi-million dollar contracts, lead a diverse international team of engineers and contractors, and ensure world-class quality and safety standards.

Who We Are Looking For
This role requires a heavy-hitter who can command a site with authority, deep technical knowledge, and sharp commercial acumen.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Chartered or Professional Engineer status is a massive plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in heavy civil infrastructure, with at least 5-7 years specifically managing large-scale Hydropower or major tunneling/dam projects.
- Leadership: A proven track record of managing international joint-venture contractors and navigating complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.
- Adaptability: Previous experience working in developing regions or remote, high-intensity project sites.
