Mechanical Installation Coordinator / Site Manager - Hydropower (Kyrgyzstan)

I'm pleased to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Installation Coordinator / Site Manager to join a major hydropower project based in Kyrgyzstan.

This role is ideal for a mechanical professional with strong site supervision experience, excellent technical capability, and the ability to lead day‑to‑day installation activities on a large international project.

Role Highlights

  • Supervise mechanical installation of turbines, runners, piping, pumps, auxiliaries, pressure vessels, and BOP systems
  • Oversee installation accuracy, including precise mechanical measurements
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, lifting operations, and technical interfaces
  • Manage QA/QC, NCRs, inspections, documentation, and pre‑commissioning activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and project teams
  • Support two existing supervisors, taking ownership of daily site coordination
  • June start date

Who We're Looking For

  • 10+ years' experience in hydropower, power plants, or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong mechanical engineering background
  • Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work full‑time on site in Kyrgyzstan
  • English required; Russian highly beneficial
