Degree or equivalent qualification in electrical, electronic, mechanical, automotive or systems engineering. Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery technologies, battery management systems and high-voltage architectures. Experience with requirements management, systems modelling, verification and validation. Understanding of functional safety, battery safety, hazard analysis and relevant industry standards. Ability to interpret test data, investigate failures and communicate technical conclusions clearly. Proven experience providing technical leadership without relying solely on formal authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a technically capable Senior Engineer I to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of battery energy storage systems (BESS).
