* Perform inspections on mechanical and electrical installations, including dimensional and alignment checks
* Manage quality documentation, reports, and audit trails
* Support internal and external audits, client inspections, and regulatory reviews
* Identify non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and track close-out activities
* Promote continuous improvement and best practice quality culture across site teams

Ideal candidates will have:

* Demonstrated QA/QC experience on hydro power, energy, or heavy industrial construction projects
* Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and inspection procedures
* Familiarity with welding inspections and NDT coordination
* Experience preparing and managing quality documentation systems
* Ability to interface effectively with contractors, engineers, and client stakeholders
* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work in a dynamic, site-driven project environment

Desirable qualifications:

* QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, CWI, or equivalent)
* Experience supporting commissioning or turnover documentation
* Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or rotating equipment installation

This is an excellent opportunity to join technically challenging hydro projects with long-term visibility, competitive compensation, and the chance to contribute to high-profile infrastructure delivery.
