We are seeking an organised and motivated Associate Project Manager to support the successful planning and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. Working closely with project managers, internal teams, clients, and external suppliers, you will help coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure that project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action logs; arranging meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and status reports; tracking milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and issues; and escalating potential delays or risks when appropriate. You will support resource coordination, maintain accurate project documentation, and help ensure that agreed processes and governance requirements are followed. You may also assist with stakeholder communications, progress updates, change requests, procurement activities, and project reviews, while helping to identify practical solutions to delivery challenges.

Applicants should have experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role, with a good understanding of project management principles and delivery methods. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines are essential. You should be confident using standard project management and collaboration tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, scheduling applications, and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams. A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach is important, as is the confidence to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance. A recognised project management qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, would be advantageous.
