You should have a sound understanding of engineering principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical information and apply it to practical design solutions. Registration as an Engineer-in-Training, or eligibility for registration, is preferred. Effective communication, organisation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage priorities and contribute positively in a collaborative environment.
